GENERAL
When and where is Raise Your Energy?
Raise Your Energy takes place from October 9th - 12th at Rock & Tree in Perris, CA. See directions here. Campgrounds open at 2pm on Thursday, 10/9 and close at 2pm on Sunday, 10/12.
How do I get to the festival?
Raise Your Energy is located at Rock & Tree in Perris, CA. The address is 22630 Forrest Rd, Perris, CA 92570. We recommend entering Rock & Tree into your GPS to determine the fastest route based on your location.
What are the gate times?
Gates open at 2pm on Thursday, 10/9 and close at 2pm on Sunday 10/12.
Can I arrive early to the festival?
Those participating in the set-up of the festival may arrive early. Sign up here to join the Set-Up Team.
Am I able to leave the festival and come back in?
Yes, however please be mindful of other campers near you when leaving and returning.
Is this an all ages event?
Yes! Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal parent or guardian at all times.
Will there be water refill areas?
No, the property on which Raise Your Energy takes place does not have potable water. Attendees MUST bring their own drinking water. The nearest gas station is located approximately 8 minutes from the festival and the nearest grocery store is approximately 20 minutes from the festival.
Will there be food and alcohol for sale?
Raise Your Energy does not currently have full time food and drink vendors. Please bring your own food and drinks. Bar Local will be serving craft cocktails while supplies last.
Can I bring alcohol into the festival?
Yes however glass is highly discouraged to avoid potential harm from broken glass.
Will there be ice for sale?
Currently there is no ice available for sale on-site. The nearest gas station is located approximately 8 minutes from the festival and the nearest grocery store is approximately 20 minutes from the festival.

What are the festival grounds like?
The festival is located on a private property called Rock & Tree in Perris, CA. There is a short but winding single-lane road from the the festival entrance to the camping area. Expect dirt ground, open sunny areas, eucalyptus trees and shade structures in the main festival area.
When does the music start and stop each day?
Live musical acts take place from Thursday - Saturday. Thursday music begins at 8pm and ends at 1am. Saturday and Sunday music begins at 1pm and ends at 1am.
What is the weather like?
Prepare for sunny days, windy afternoons, and chilly nights. Average high / low temperatures for Perris in October are 85° / 55°.
How does trash work?
Raise Your Energy encourages all attendees to Pack It In, Pack It Out. Please bring your own trash bags/bins for your campsite and leave space in your car to haul out your own trash. Will there be medical staff on-site?
There will be a limited first aid tent, however emergency medical services will not be available on-site. The nearest hospital is Kindred Hospital Riverside located 20 minutes from Raise Your Energy. Enjoy the festival at your own risk.
Is clothing optional?
While Raise Your Energy celebrates all bodies, this is a family-friendly event and nudity is strictly prohibited.
CAMPING
Is camping included with my ticket?
Yes, all tickets include camping and parking.
What is camping like?
The Outer Space is our shared freeform camping area located near the festival entrance in an open plain. Shade structures, rugs, tables, chairs, lighting, etc. are all encouraged to make this canvas your festival oasis.
Can I park my car at my campsite?
Yes, all cars will be guided in on a first come first serve basis and parked at your camping spot.
My group is arriving at different times, can we camp together?
Cars will be guided in on a first come first serve basis and parked at your camping spot. If you're coming with friends we recommend arriving together to ensure you will be camped together. The venue has numbered sites however RYE campers will be sharing these spaces. Please take only as much space as you need to leave room for your neighbors.
Will there be showers on-site for camping?
There is a large outdoor shower located in the festival grounds. Showers are free, but they are cold!
Are there quiet hours?
Yes, quiet hours are between 1am and 9am.
Can I run a generator?
Due to dry brush and high wildfire danger, gas powered generators are not allowed. Battery and solar generated power is okay.
Can I bring an RV?
RVs are allowed in the separate RV camping area, separate from tent camping.
Are RV hookups available?
There are no RV hookups on-site
TICKETING
How do I find the ticket I purchased?
After purchasing your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email. In the email, you'll be prompted to sign a general liability waiver. Once signed, you'll be directed to your digital ticket. We will also mail a welcome package to your billing address, which will serve as your physical ticket for the event.
Is my ticket refundable or transferable?
No. All ticket sales are final and tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Will tickets be mailed out?
As we get closer to the event, you will receive a Welcome Package containing important festival details and your wristband, which will serve as your ticket for entry. Your Welcome Package will be shipped to the billing address provided at checkout.
What if I need to update my shipping address?
If you need to update your shipping address, please email ryefestivalofficial@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please include your full name, ticket number, and new shipping info.
Will I need my ticket to enter the festival?
Yes! Please arrive at the festival gates with both your digital ticket (with the QR code) and your wristband.

Are you accepting volunteers, performers, artists, instructors, stage help, etc. for the festival?

Do I need experience to volunteer?

Do artists, volunteers, contributors, etc. get a free ticket?
Raise Your Energy is a grassroots event, created by friends for friends, with no sponsorship or external funding. This means that the admission cost for every single person attending, including the founders, artists, instructors, and volunteers, is essential and solely dedicated to the festival's creation and existence. As such, we are unable to provide or comp tickets for anyone, including artists, volunteers, and hosts. We deeply appreciate your understanding and support in maintaining the integrity and spirit of our festival.
When will I know if I've been accepted for a role?
You will receive an email within 2 weeks after the application deadline.
